# How do I prepare my caffeine-free blend or Tisane?

## In this article, you will find the recommended temperature, serving size, and steep time.

While we recommend particular times, temperatures, and serving sizes, this is really up to your personal taste and preference.

For most Tisanes or caffeine-free blends, we recommend one tablespoon unless indicated otherwise in the directions, a water temperature of 206 F, and let the herbs steep for a length of 5-7 minutes.
