In an effort to maintain a fresh and continuously replenished inventory year-round, all of our teas are hand-blended and hand packed once we receive your order. Most orders are processed in 3-5 business days (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING). Large orders with numerous items may take longer.
Additionally, processing times may increase to 7-14 days due to sales, product launches, and holidays.
